Once their order is paid for, you get free delivery on your next order. Credits expire 12 months after they're issued and are single use.

Program terms
How the reward is earned
- A reward is issued only when a referred person places their first order and that order is paid for. Clicks, sign-ups and unpaid or expired orders earn nothing.
- If the referred order is later cancelled or refunded, the reward is withdrawn.
- One reward per referred person, per first order. Credits expire 12 months after they are issued and are single use.
- You cannot refer yourself. Orders that share an email address, shipping address or payment method with the referrer do not qualify, and clusters of referrals from one address or network are held for review.
- There is a monthly limit on rewards per customer. We may adjust, pause or end the program at any time; credits already issued stay valid until they expire.
What you must not say
- Do not make any claim about what a compound does. These are laboratory research materials. They are not medicines, they do not treat, prevent, cure or diagnose anything, and they are not for human or veterinary use.
- Do not describe personal use, effects, dosing, protocols, results or outcomes — yours or anyone else's — when sharing your link.
- Do not present yourself as a representative of Valence Bios, and do not offer advice about how a compound should be used.
- Use the pre-written share text we provide. It is written to stay inside these rules.
- Anyone who breaks these rules is removed from the program and any unused credits are cancelled.
Disclosing that you get a reward
- You receive a reward when a referral turns into a paid order. Under FTC rules that is a material connection, and it has to be disclosed when you share publicly.
- If you share your link publicly, you must say you get a reward for it. A social post, forum comment, video, blog post, group chat with strangers or anywhere else a stranger could see it counts as public.
- Plain wording is fine, and it must be easy to see — not hidden in a hashtag block or behind a 'more' link. For example: "I get a reward if you order through this link."
- Sending your link privately to someone you actually know — a colleague, a lab partner, a direct message to a friend — does not need a disclosure.
