How is purity actually verified?
Every batch goes to a third-party lab for HPLC purity and mass-spec identity confirmation, plus endotoxin screening. The certificate carries the batch number, test date and the lab's name, and it's published before any vial from that lot ships.
What documentation comes with an order?
Each vial ships tamper-sealed with a packing slip referencing its batch ID. The matching certificate is on the product page and in your account, covering purity, identity and endotoxin results.
Where are these synthesized?
We disclose the synthesis facility and the testing lab on request. Compounds are solid-phase synthesized, lyophilized under controlled conditions, and held in cold storage until dispatch.
How fast do orders ship?

What if a batch fails my own incoming testing?
