How is purity actually verified?
Lots are sent to a third-party lab for HPLC purity and mass-spec identity confirmation. A certificate carries the lot number, test date and the laboratory's name, and we publish it on the lab results page once we receive it. Until a lot's certificate is published, that product shows “COA pending” instead of a purity figure — we never print a number that isn't on a document.
What documentation comes with an order?
Each vial ships tamper-sealed with a packing slip referencing its batch ID. Where a certificate has been published for that lot, it is listed on the lab results page.
Where are these synthesized?
The testing laboratory is named on every published certificate. Compounds are solid-phase synthesized, lyophilized under controlled conditions, and held in cold storage until dispatch.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 10 a.m. PT (1 p.m. ET) on business days ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day, with no weekend dispatch. Every order ships FedEx 2Day, cold-packed and tracked, with delivery expected by 5 p.m. on the scheduled delivery date.
What if a batch fails my own incoming testing?
All sales are final. We replace or reship only for verified damage, loss in transit or a wrong item, with damage and mis-shipment claims made within 7 days of delivery — see our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy. If your own testing raises a concern, send us your lab report and lot number and we’ll investigate that lot. This does not create a right to a refund or credit.
