Dispatch
Orders placed before 10 a.m. PT (1 p.m. ET) on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. We dispatch Monday to Friday only; there is no weekend dispatch.
Every order ships FedEx 2Day, cold-packed and tracked, with delivery expected by 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled delivery date. This is our only shipping service.
Shipping cost
FedEx 2Day is free on peptide orders over $250. Below that, it is a flat $14.99. Optional shipping protection covers loss or damage in transit and can be added in the cart.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Canada or any other country. We do not ship to freight forwarders or parcel-reshipping services, and orders addressed to them will be cancelled.
All sales are final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds on any compound or laboratory supply once an order is placed. This applies whether or not packaging has been opened, and it applies to buyer error, including ordering the wrong compound, strength, quantity or shipping address.
The reason is chain of custody: once material leaves our facility we cannot verify how it was stored or handled, so it can never re-enter inventory.
Damage, loss and mis-shipment
This is a replacement path, not a refund path. At our discretion we will replace or reship an order where:
- the package arrived visibly damaged, or with a broken or leaking vial;
- tracking confirms the package was lost in transit and never delivered; or
- the wrong item or the wrong strength was shipped.
Damage and mis-shipment claims must be received within 7 days of delivery as recorded by the carrier. Non-delivery claims must be received within 21 days of dispatch.
Every claim requires your order number and the claim reason. Damage and mis-shipment claims also require clear photographs of the outer packaging, the packing slip and the affected item.
Chargebacks
Please contact support first. A claim under the damage, loss and mis-shipment section above is resolved far faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback in place of a claim, on an order delivered as described, is a breach of our Terms of Service and will result in the account being closed to future orders.
