Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched within 48 hours from the United States. Every parcel ships tracked, with temperature-aware packing for compounds that require it.
Shipping cost
Delivery is free on orders over $250. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout. Optional shipping protection covers loss or damage in transit and can be added in the cart.
International orders
We ship to most countries. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the recipient's responsibility, and delivery estimates exclude time held in customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a compound may lawfully be imported.
Returns
Because these are research materials, sealed vials cannot be returned once shipped. If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or with a batch that does not match its certificate, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
Refunds and replacements
Approved claims are replaced or refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Lost parcels are traced with the carrier before a replacement is issued.
