Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and may be displayed in other currencies as an estimate only; the charge is settled in USD. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities or decline any order, including orders we believe are intended for non-research use.
Payment
No online payment method is currently available; we arrange payment directly by email. Title passes on dispatch.
Shipping scope
We ship within the United States only, by FedEx 2Day, and not to freight forwarders or parcel-reshipping services. See Shipping, Returns & Refunds.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds on any compound or laboratory supply once an order is placed, including buyer error. Damaged, lost and mis-shipped orders are handled as replacements under our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy, which also governs chargebacks.
Documentation
Certificates of analysis are published on the lab results page as lots are released. If a certificate has not yet been published for your lot, contact us with the lot number printed on the vial.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Valence Bios is incorporated.
