What the statuses mean
- Awaiting payment: the order is reserved. See Payment instructions.
- Payment confirmed / Being prepared: payment has arrived and the order is being packed.
- Shipped: the carrier and tracking number are shown, with a link to the carrier's tracking page.
- Delivered: the carrier has recorded delivery. Damage and wrong-item claims must be made within 7 days of this date.
